"The service at this restaurant was incredibly poor. It took 15 minutes to receive our drinks on a slow day. There were four people in our group and an automatic $30 tip was added to the bill. The server was not deserving of a $30 tip as we only saw her when she took our drink and food orders and brought our bill. This is the second time this has happened and needs to be addressed."
