"Please stop everything you do and go to La Carreta on Bluebonnet in Baton Rouge. I sincerely believe that they have to have a whole vegetable garden somewhere, because the avocados and tomatoes and vegetables on my avocado steak salad were so fresh and perfectly ripe. They tasted like someone picked it out of the garden and put it on the plate. It was probably the best salad I ever had. Honestly, it could not make better when I tried, including the grilled fajita steak, which was packed with taste and perfectly cooked. Reece was a big server and often checked for us, not that we needed a lot because our food was perfect. 50/10 would recommend. Definitely best tex mex in Baton Rouge. I'm about to join an e-mail list or something because I come back here def, and I'm really upset that I haven't been here for 7 years that I'm in BR."
