"The best aspect of the restaurant is its namesake salsa. The salsa was excellent with large chunks of cilantro and amazing flavor. However, the overall food quality was just okay and nothing stood out as particularly special. My dish came with beans and rice, but the portion was smaller than the child's plate. The prices were high for the overall quality of the food. In my opinion, I have had better meals at On the Border."
