"I work close by this location and this is our go too for tacos. The tacos themselves are really good. I'm not going to lie. Whenever we make an order it's usually for the whole store so it's always a lot of tacos. I've never had a problem placing an order over the phone for the amount of tacos that I usually get. But today I called in to place an order over the phone for 24 tacos per usual because we normally have parties and when we do we order tacos from here.When I called and asked for 24 tacos plain and if we can have cilantro and onion on the side, she said we don't normally do that here but I guess I'll do it for you. I was confused because I always order them plain, one of my co-workers hates cilantro and it's just easier this way. Once I was done with my order she said I'm going to have to take payment over the phone but I was going to pay in cash because we all put our money together for these tacos. When I told her I was going to pay cash, which has never been a problem before when picking up a big order she told me I would not be able to.Because of that they ended up losing my business but I did end up finding great tacos somewhere else nearby so no harm done. Just thought I'd let the owners know through here that she was pretty short, rude, and didn't offer any explanation as to why all of a sudden the rules changed which resulted in the loss of business."
