"I have been to Nico 's many times before and so I would recommend for a quick bite to eat and for the great margaritas. So, I was looking forward to entertaining friends there for a birthday lunch. I made reservations 2 weeks prior, confirmed twice, by phone , text and email. Unfortunately, our table was not ready, in fact, no one seemed to know about it. There was another larger reservation at 1:30pm (mine was for 1pm). Service was inadequate. some staff was a little short tempered (only one) since they seemed short staffed. Perhaps they were. There were long waits and requests for drinks, flatware, etc. Since the later, larger party ordered before us, our food came out staggered. I did expect, and do expect some kind of sorry , like free margaritas? due to the mix up?"
