"I recently stayed at the Nolitian Hotel and unfortunately my experience was extremely negative. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on the poor quality of service and accommodations.Upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had booked and agreed upon was not available. This lack of organization and attention to detail was highly disappointing and set a negative tone for the rest of my stay.To make matters worse, the hotel had no hot water most of the time . This made showering and other basic hygiene needs incredibly difficult and uncomfortable. For a hotel claiming to be a 4-star establishment, this lack of basic amenities is unacceptable.Adding to my discomfort was the fact that the hotel was very dirty and not maintain at all . It was clear that housekeeping was not up to par, as there were visible stains on the sofa and other surfaces. This lack of cleanliness made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable during my stay.Finally, the service I received at the hotel was extremely poor. Staff members seemed indifferent to my concerns and requests, and I was left feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest.In conclusion, the Nolitian Hotel in Manhattan was a major disappointment and I would not recommend it to anyone. The lack of hot water, dirty accommodations, and poor service make this hotel a subpar choice for any traveler looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Dont go there!!!"

"We had a great meal! It’s so nice to go out off season when it’s quieter and calmer. We had one of the best tuna dinners (it was the special) we’ve ever had. Perfectly prepared. It felt like eating the most tender filet, which we no longer eat. Thanks to the chef for preparing delicious and gluten free food!!"

"My boyfriend and I went to Chop Shop for a date night and had the best meal. I got the steak sandwich, and he got the pulled pork sliders which were a special. Great service and portions. I highly suggest for families, date nights, etc. There are also concerts downstairs in an event space that look super fun. Will go to a show next time I go."

"We went for a rooftop concert. I had no idea they had this, it was super cute with string lights. The wait staff made you feel very comfortable and emphasized the cleanliness, and enforced strict mask rules. The food was pretty good. The BBQ Brussel sprouts were a unique take!"

"My son really likes this place, but he wasn't with us this time and honestly, the dinner we had was just ok. The crab wasn't served with butter (we asked, and they brought it). There were crab crackers at the table, but no little forks. Try getting that crab meat out with a dinner fork and fingers. Again, we asked and they brought them. Why did we have to ask? So that was annoying, but mostly the food was just ok. Not great, not flavorful, not bad. Just ok. Not worth it to me, and I would only recommend to someone who wants the Pier 39 experience, and even then, I'd probably encourage them to try something different."

"We were so excited to eat at Cleaver because we love the owner's original butcher shop. The menu has varied Items with a focus on local, fresh butchered meat and fowl. The food did not disappoint. I had the Cubano with house 5 step fries and house made ketchup. The smoked pork in the sandwich was perfection. Smokey and yet juicy and tender. Their bread was almost as good as the Cuban sandwiches I have had in Miami. My other half had the Butcher Burger. He ordered it medium well and it came out medium, but he was not disappointed. The burger was fresh and juicy and the thick cut bacon had him making major yummy noises. He would have asked for a retire on the burger, but service was subpar. The service was what made this a three star review. We had water pretty quickly, but that was it. We waited awhile to order which made us change our minds on ordering drinks and appetizers. Once the food came out, we didn't see a server again until he came to clean up and ask if we wanted dessert or the check. We finally got drink refills at this point. So, in summary, food gets five YUMS, but the service brings the whole experience down."

"During a recent overnight stay with my grandfather, we received exceptional service at this restaurant when the staff graciously arranged for us to have a more accessible room due to his disability. While the rooms may be a bit outdated, they offer the best budget-friendly option in the area. On a Saturday afternoon at 4 pm, we decided to have dinner here without a reservation and were told there was no availability for a table, but were able to enjoy our meal at the bar. The food was decent, with a limited menu featuring dishes such as steak tips, fish and chips, and various appetizers. The bartender was attentive, though quite busy. However, it was odd to see most customers at the bar while the dining room remained mostly empty during our two-hour visit. I was disappointed to not find a full-length mirror in my room, as it was difficult to assess my outfit with only a small mirror in the bathroom."

"The worst service my husband and I have ever received. I read the previous reviews about the service being slow but we decided to give it a try. We where seated promptly and once our waiter finally arrived, who had been chatting with tables around us, we ordered drinks, an a appetizer and hamburgers. 30 minutes later we had not received the appetizer nor our meal and I had to remind the waiter about the ice tea ordered. Another waiter dropped off our food and our waiter didn't check on us. The most frustrating part was that the restaurant was not busy and our waiter checked on all the tables around us. Once we finished our meals, we had to flag down the waiter and ask for our ticket. The waiter did not provide an itemized receipt for us to find out if we had been charged for the ordered appetizer that we did not receive. We asked the waiter about the appetizer and waiter said no you where not charged...it would of been nice to see the ticket. Food was decent but I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone."
