"I just wanted to say how impressed I was by the compassion and customer service shown this afternoon when my folks and I had lunch at our San Angelo Outback restaurant. My dad accidentally had tea spilled on him by our server, and poor Gadi was so sweet and apologetic about it. Bless his heart, he felt so bad about a simple mistake. He and his manager, Rebecca, both apologized so much and really let us know how sorry they were about it. They gave us a free appetizer, free drinks, paid for my dad's meal, and even offered to pay for dry cleaning on my dad's clothes! It was such a simple mistake and no big deal, but I was greatly impressed by the kind nature and willingness to serve that they showed to us.
