"Server/Barkeepers should give their guests more attention than their phones. their phones will always be there for them. Unfortunately, guests like us feed on their service and will therefore not be back. also, give them some attention to their guests while we watch them only chitchatting behind the bar. I'm sorry to disturb them at their workstation where we should feel welcome. we were first timer, but we won't be back."

"The biggest turnoff with our meal was after a drink spilled on the table and into a dish, the table was never cleaned up. We cleaned it with our own napkins, had to request replacement napkins, and the table was still never wiped down after they cleared the entrees and before they brought out a birthday dessert. There was a lack of awareness for what our table needed in terms of service."

"I always enjoy coming to this restaurant. The food is fantastic! The servers are helpful, professional, and genuine. Odalys provided great service during our lunch. The atmosphere may appear a bit disorganized, but I think they could benefit from more support staff to help with cleanup. Overall, it's an amazing experience that is definitely worth a visit while shopping or for a lunch outing."
