"They ruined it, last time we were here it was a smooth experience. You got in and the way they had it set up few lines formed. New management decided all must enter at same time. We had a reservation at 3. Arrived at 2:50, not a single table is occupied still make us wait as foyer builds up. No one seated until 3:10.
