"This is the second time we've made reservations through OpenTable, and both times we've arrived to find the restaurant closed despite our confirmation. In Highlands, securing a dinner reservation is essential for a nice experience, so this has been quite disappointing. I believe this restaurant should be removed from OpenTable, especially since their voicemail indicates they don't accept reservations."
