"I had to go because I was there after 20 minutes, received zero service or recognition. So I went into the bar and thought they couldn't miss me here. finally got accepted and menus. then nothing for 10 minutes. not even an offer for a drink order. they were not so busy, so don't talk. they didn't want my business to be gone and left somewhere else. I will never return to this restaurant."

However, the lack of staff for guests was very remarkable. Expects a little better service and food for the specified price."

"Although our waitperson was very nice, it was obvious that they were extremely understaffed. She kept apologizing to us saying thank you for you patience and understanding. Our order just did not happen for close to 1/2 hour. We just sat outside at one of the patio tables, waiting and waiting. Then our beers took about 20 minutes after we ordered (we 're twiddling our thumbs for 50 minutes). Frankly, we could not get our waitress ' attention at all. But we didn 't fault her. Every time we saw her she was running around trying to tend to far too many tables. The food was just okay, but our dinner bill was $160 (before the $25 tip, so $185 total). It was just the 3 of us, with 2 drinks/person (regular sized beers and 2 strawberry lemonades), one entree each (two were cheeseburgers) and a couple of appetizers. Given the meal took over two hours due to the long waits, not sure I 'd go back. Park area is nice though."

"One of our favorite places because the food is always fresh and delicious and the advice is always on point. The reason I didn’t give five stars this time is because with covid I was expecting less tables and people not on top of each other. Felt a little uncomfortable sitting next to people who were sneezing and coughing. So we ate and left pretty quickly. That was disappointing being we usually sit and have another drink and take our time.probably won’t be going back till the pandemic has lessened"

"We had to stop here for breakfast for lack of time and I’m glad we did. Outside of the waitresses having a bit of attitude and being a little pushy to try and get us to order the buffet it was a good experience. Not everyone needs all you can eat and most often it’s a waste of money. I felt like they had quite a few options and as far as hotel hot buffets go, the food looked appetizing and my kids were happy. Two different kinds of sausage, omelets to order, smoothie shots and berry parfaits were among the options. I ordered the oatmeal with various toppings and enjoyed it. The waitress redeemed herself by providing kids to go cups and facilitating a speedy check out."

"A basic hotel restaurant with little appeal. Only one person there when we walked in and a very limited menu and only one server on duty. He was quick to point out that if I wanted a cocktail, he’d have to go downstairs to get it. I ordered a simple margherita pizza and they failed to even get that right. Although the crust and tomatoes were tasty, instead of basil there was some weird micro green on top. Only a few tables were occupied by the time we left. I’d suggest you eat in the bar downstairs."

"my friend and I really loved eating here. quite everything was delicious and so tasteful. the ambiente was also very quiet and peaceful, but also busy as the night went. the garnel curry was absolutely amazing. the bhale Tibetan brot was light and fluffy and so delicious. the soups were both delicious. the Tibetan tee was comforting and tasty, but also strange if you didn't have it before. the momos (pumps) were probably our least favourite dish, as the teig was not as light and tasteful as we would have wished. we would probably forgive these 4.5 stars if possible a half star abduction, because the service was not very good. they were a bit inconspicuous (we hadn't even filled our waters without asking us) and they were a bit inconspicuous. but the speed of the incoming foods and the quality of the food well balanced. in any case, we will definitely be back!"

"Excellent service and food. I had the Mahi Mahi with Sangria sauce and my husband had the Mixed Grill. Both were very good. Just as importantly, the staff made my husband feel like we were their only patrons. The view is pretty spectacular here too. After dinner we moved outside to the patio to enjoy our bottle of wine while watching the sunset. Our waiter treated us to complementary dessert, as we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. I would definitely recommend this restaurant."

"Beautiful location, but poor service and so expensive food. Don't get the crab melt that's half a sandwich for $29. The lobster roll was much better for the same price. The Clam Chowder was the best of the three. No check-ins on food or refill of drinks. Another waiter dropped a white sauce that scattered our legs and clothes. All we got was an apology, even though he cleared it up on the boardwalk floor. I sent Dustin by e-mail, but so far no reply."

"We made reservations at this restaurant based on reviews and we are so glad we did. We were warmly greeted and wished a "Happy Anniversary" as soon as we arrived. To our surprise, our waiter John brought us two glasses of champagne to start off our celebration. We were impressed by the warm welcome. The food was absolutely delicious! We savored every bite, including the She Crab soup, fried green tomatoes, lump crab cake, and mahi mahi. "For the location and prices, I thought they would have better food and service. Apparently right when we got there, they had scheduled some staff meeting so we had to wait 10 minutes for a glass of water and to order. In the 50 minutes that it took to get our order, at least the only waiter managed to fill our water glasses twice. Mmmmm. C'mon Sheraton"
