"They are very understaffed. We waited 10 minutes for someone to greet us at the door. It was a Monday at 6pm and it took 45 minutes for us to get our drinks after we ordered them and then ANOTHER 30min for the food, yet we ordered them at the same time. I asked them if they were hiring and the worker said they had too many workers and not enough shifts for them. Meaning the manager is cheap with the hours he gives out to his servers. The margarita needed to be reblended and the food was bland and over cooked. Their utensils were not cleaned well and they were all out of takeout boxes. He brought a ketchup bottle that was severely dirty so we asked for a new one. It took him 20 minutes to come out with THE SAME BOTTLE still dirty. Overall very very disappointing experience and probably the slowest service I’ve ever witnessed."

"I love this place !!! Me and my kids come here all the time l. The service is so warm greeting and the food is amazing. Love trying different diners everything we go! I even go alone to get my Pho 6 fix.. I would rate them high if it let me Thank you Anthony Pratillo Bliss maintenance Inc."
