"My wife and I recently visited the Summerville Crust wood fire pizza for dinner. The new building is very impressive, easy access with spacious parking. At first glance my thoughts were, nice place for a pizza joint. Crust Wood Fire Pizza is nothing like any pizza joint I've ever been to and was off the charts in taste, flavor and style. We started with Arancini, three balls of fried risotto, mozzarella prosciutto which presented the first problem of the evening, we decided to split the 3rd one between us. The appetizer presentation with red sauce looked great and we destroyed,it was delicious and I think it made me hungrier. We then split a BLT salad that was literally a mistake, splitting a salad that good is wrong, but no left overs. I have never a blue cheese dressing like that. A recommendation from Steve and Dusty we had something I never would've ever tried, Crustacean pizza! I love seafood and I love pizza but I never would've put the two together, one bite I knew that this is really better than any pizza I've ever had, and POOF, it was gone. We left without leftovers,(the dog gets nothing) nothing was left to be eaten. Could not have eaten anything else, will have to try the desserts next time. The taste of everything was really delicious and the only reason that Crust is not more wildly known is, No body wants to lose their secret spot. I will be back. Charlie Barnes"
