They really need to overhaul the whole place if they want to be considered fine dining in Sedona and expect that price point. "The waitress was kind responsive. The champagne by the glass was flat. The oysters were tasty but come without horseradish or hot sauce. My burger was delish the fries were fresh. We still don’t know what the foam in the middle of my husband’s scallops was..? The scallops were OK according to him the plating was sad with just a few sad little brussel sprouts. It was his birthday they served him house made birthday chocolates, which was a nice touch"

"We went to Fiola for my birthday celebration. The food and service were amazing but unfortunately the noise level was boarding on intolerable. There was a rather large and loud bar crowd that overwhelmed the dining area. One group of bar patrons starting playing a drinking game. I was having trouble hearing my guests. When I am paying $250 per person for a meal, I expect a much better atmosphere and not have to compete with the folks in the bar."
