"3.5 stars and rounded up! Ordered a few banhmi sandwiches for takeout and was satisfied with my selection. The savory flavor of the grilled pork was the stand out for me, followed by a very solid original banhmi and a decent brisket. I think I had a few chewier sections in my brisket so it was a bit more difficult to eat and maybe a bit too salty since the meat was sliced thinly. All three options were hearty, I loved the brininess of the pickled carrots and daikon, balanced with the freshness of the cucumber and cilantro. They used just the right amount of aioli/mayo so it didn't scream over-sauced. The French bread was crispy and substantial enough to hold all the fillings, though I have to say prob better eaten at the restaurant since it's hard to keep wrapped sandwich bread crispy. I was also pleasantly surprised by the size of these sandwiches, enough to satiate a normal sized person, compared to some other banhmi places where they are so small you're hungry afterwards. Based on these sandwiches I'd go back and try their other items too! Also not much to say in terms of service this time since I only came for pick up."
