"Eating took about an hour to get out and was not good when it finally arrived. commentary from other diners on the table, “wurst pasta I’ve ever had,” “I don’t think I’m in a position to get this taste out of my mouth”, and “I just can’t eat this.” the owner came out to apologize for the delay and offered to compose the meal that was really nice but unnecessary. we insisted on paying, but they didn't give a ****, so we just left cash on the table for what we assumed was the bill and a reasonable tip. but we will not return. there are several great places with less one waiting and better food in a circle of 3 miles."

"We sat outside with our two dogs and had a great time. The food was good and the atmosphere was very nice. Hubby and I each have a burger with the black bean patty option that is labeled vegan. He had the Guinness BBQ Burger (minus of cheese and I had the pineapple Teriyaki (minus of cheese). Both were delish and we chose Fritten as our site. We had a beer and the waiter brought out two water dishes for our dogs, which was so appreciated! We're safe back! Beautiful street, beautiful downtown, good restaurant and nice people."

"My date and I decided to stop by this sports bar after our dinner at Cafe Borgia. We were in the mood for some pool and darts, but unfortunately, they don’t have those available. Instead, we decided to stick around and people-watch (the crowd was very young), ordering drinks and a few appetizers. The pork quesadillas and pork bites were excellent. Our server, a friendly and attentive college student, added to our enjoyment. It's a great spot to catch a game and enjoy a live DJ at 10 PM."

"Always decent, never amazing. It's a chain, basically the Applebee's of pizza and run of the mill bar food. Apparently they have a ton of beer on tap, I don't drink so I've never tried any of their beers but the list is quite extensive. All in all, chain restaurant service, food and atmosphere. Our go to is the Thai pie on the thin crust, it's delicious!"

"We were in on a small family trip and kids wanted pizza. It was a Saturday night, and it was busy. Our waiter (Brae) was amazing and very quick to refill drinks, was polite, and really enjoyed his job even after he had been there all day. We loved the kids menu and that it provided fun games for us to play at the table while we waited for our food. Food was amazing as well, will definitely go back there to eat next time we are in the area."

"We waited over one hour to receive our food. The server told us 'the kitchen was slow' the manager told us 'the kitchen kept burning a part of our order that was in the oven'. Three meals that came out first were a salad with chicken, a burger and a shrimp dinner. The burger and shrimp dinners were no longer hot and just barely warm. After several more minutes the pizza dinner was delivered and it was the only meal that was hot. The manager gave us a meager 'discount' and we probably won't return to that location. It was suppose to be a nice dinner out for our son's birthday...what a sad night and very poor dinner for all of us. The restaurant was only about half full and atleast two large parties were seated after us and enjoyed pizza dinners and left before we even received our food"

"The worst place I've ever visited. They gave us a quick table and all the waiters passed us by and none of them had the delicacy to attend to us. 30 minutes on hold and nothing. "I setup a reservation for our group and then our group added one more. We called to tell them we added one more and to see if we could get in a little sooner, but their response was your open table reservation does not guarantee you a table at that time. When you come in at that time, you can expect to wait another hour before you are seated . WHAT?????? Every other place I go Open Table is a reservation, but here it is apparently a suggestion. Yes, we were going to add one more person, but they said that didn 't matter, but this is how they handle their Open Table reservations. What a joke, we actually waited more like 90 minutes after our reservation. Why do they even use Open Table if they are not going to make a reservation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTURANT!"

"Dont bother making an open table reservation. We made one online and when we checked in they said it would take a few minutes. Granted it was busy, but we had a reservation for 515, got there at 515, and didn't get seated until 545. Ordered almost immediately, took about 10 minutes, but then didn't get our food until 640. Again, I understand it's a busy night but damned, a little communication goes a long way"

"We were in Greely a few weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and we do not experience a waiting period, although other restaurants in the area seemed very busy. I ordered the salad and my partner a pizza. Ordered the apricot beer that was really nice while my partner also ordered a not your father root beer that he really enjoyed. For a chain restaurant it is good and the service was quite fast. The chicken was very obviously full of salt water to make it more juicy that was not so beautiful. The dressing was standard and the salad a bit on the Bland side. The staff and the service we received are there and additional star along with the good beer selection."

"we went to the weekend before and had an amazing time. eating was great and the server was great. we booked with open table and were ten minutes after arrival. this Friday went the 8th and made a reservation for 5:45. I made the reservation by 5. we have reached the retention and waited for 45 minutes before we have set ourselves. we did not sit until 6:40. our service was not consistent. eating was not as big as the time before. we all felt that we just didn't go there. Maybe we're not going back. I really hope it was a unique experience because the first time was so great."

"My first time at the old Chicago. Went for lunch on a Saturday and was surprised that there were a lot of people there. We had wings (traditional) for an appetizer and a deep dish pizza for dinner. The wings were small but good. The pizza was ok but not great. Maybe it's because I was just in Chicago and had a great pie. Food was fine. Service was ok. Server acted like he did not want to be there. Very low energy. Otherwise, was a good time."
