"Very disappointing experience. I placed my order to be ready at 5:45pm. However, I got there 15 minutes early (didn't mind waiting) but my sandwich was already sitting on the to-go rack. I didn't think anything of it and grabbed the bag. Upon getting home, I realized the sandwiches were ice cold, the lettuce was brown and wilted, and the bread was so soggy it fell into pieces when I tried to pick it up.
