"Literally door dashed ramen from the pics they have and this is what showed up. I called the restaurant and they told me that long wait times can have the noodles soak up the broth. Ummm what? Like I’ve been to Japan and had other ramen and never have I ever seen noodles completely evaporate broth in 15 mins. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Why would they not separate the broth then if they know it a known issue? Not to mention the noodles were just wet and had no flavor? Do not eat here lol you’ll have to eat in less then 15 mins or apparently your noodles evaporate your meal."
