"I'm not very familiar with the area but had a doctor's appointment nearby and needed to grab a quick lunch. It was rainy and yuck outside, so I search up soup and this place popped up. The Pho 79 locations tend to be hit or miss, but I found one recently in Hampton that I like so I thought I'd give it a shot. This location was substantially less good felt like a fast food joint with slightly fancier tables. It's fairly like a 2 1/2 stars.Service was really slow, and the flavor for the broth was pretty bland. I'm used to that deep, meaty feeling that seeps all through your bones. This felt strained and thin. I only got through about half of my portion and took the rest home usually I destroy my leftovers, but when I reheated, it was even worse. I most likely won't visit this location again. The area seemed cool with lots of other shops/spots, so maybe if I'm here again in the future I'll try something else nearby."
