"I love Pho Vinh! I come here quite often because my partner and I are starting to develop an addiction to the place due to how good it is. I usually order the shrimp pho and my partner orders a variety of things, all of which are delicious. I love the shrimp pho because of how soothing the broth is along with the fresh vegetables they provide you. Lately, my partner really enjoys the fried rice due to the pure umami flavor.
