"Usually I've received a satisfactory meal, with, this exceptionFirstly, the lady was busy with phone orders while taking in person orders at the same time. This time she confused both of my orders with that of someone else.Secondly, when pointed out-she denied getting it wrong. Then she asked if I saved the receipt, which I did and NEVER ate any of it.I returned my full order for correct exchange; when I drove all the way back (she was doing the same phone/instore) and confused why I was there. After again reminding her, she took my food and opened it and still insisted it was correct. This was reprehensible!! I am the customer who ordered and had ordered the same item for years.She neither offered to remake, nor credit back the uneaten meal."
