"My mother was sick and only wanted a hearty warm chicken broth. I explained that to the cashier then the mgr who happened to be walking by. They both knew exactly what my mom wanted and made a special order. The broth was delicious and they even added tiny bits of white chicken meat.I was so pleased and grateful for them going the extra mile."
