"Delivery times have stretched to 50-70 minutes, and while we were initially okay with that time frame, anticipating our meals accordingly, it has recently escalated to over two hours. We've even gone out of our way to tip generously for the drivers since we live on the outskirts of their delivery area.
The last two times we've ordered, it took over two hours, and when we called to inquire about our order, we were given misleading information—told it was on the way, only to wait another 30 minutes without delivery. When we called again, we were told the delivery was right around the corner, yet we continued to wait. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay, and eventually, our calls were ignored because their system flagged our phone number and address. Instead, we were sent to an automated system claiming they were too busy to take calls.
I tried to be as polite and understanding as possible throughout these two unfortunate incidents, but this is simply unacceptable. Waiting three hours for Chinese food delivery is absurd, and the apparent effort to evade customer communication is truly disappointing."
