"I lived in Martinsburg for 19 years and Empire China has always been my go to for Chinese food. I've lived in Washington state since 2015 and the Chinese restaurants there are nowhere near as good as east coast Chinese food. I was pleasantly surprised to see the restaurant was still open and my son and I decided to have dinner. My son ordered pho which was a new addition to the menu since my last visit and he tore it apart. The pan fried dumplings were excellent, the eggrolls crisp and the ribs were perfect."
