"Always piping Hot and Fresh! They have Juicy and delectable snow crab legs, even the clustered part is full of meat! I have ordered from Red Crab at least 4 times on different days and times and they are consistent with their quality of products! I will continue to get my seafood fix from only them, they have proven to be dependable with their service and quality, which is Exceedingly important!!"

"2023-08-07: I was the first customer in there this morning. It seems like a nice place, the staff were friendly. My 3-star rating comes from the two pounds of Snow Crab legs I ordered. The first two clusters...the shells were kind of rubbery and wouldn't break and the meat was stuck to the shells. I noticed this problem occasionally at other places. Due to the fact that they have a variety of crabs there, this place is fairly close to home, and my brother likes this place, I will probably give this place another chance and update this review accordingly. The Clam Chowder was very good!"

"Placed an order to go and the snobby young lady who couldn 't be bothered to look up from her cell phone told us it would be about a 15 minute wait. We sat in a booth two feet away from the to go counter. After thirty minutes of waiting we checked to see what was taking so long. Our food had come up almost twenty minutes earlier and she hadn 't even looked up from her cell phone. We asked to speak to a manager to have the food remade so that it would be hot (our order was about $110). Another young lady approached us and told us that there was no manager available and that normally people are supposed to come up and get there own food after placing an order. I was baffled that there was no manager on duty and that this was the response I was getting. Another waitress came up and ordered to have the food remade. 10 minutes later we had our order, but here 's the fun part. When we got in the car we realized that they did not remake the order. They just double-bagged it again and reheated it. Lazy, rude, and incompetent wait staff and no manager in the building. It 's no surprise they only had three people eating inside. We will be contacting corporate for a refund and it 's safe to say they have lost our business for good."
