"We were incredibly disappointed with the staff tonight. To start, our appetizer came before our drinks (we waited around 30 mins for drinks). When our entrees came out, mine was incorrect. The waiter informs me that since the food has touched the table they are unable to return it. My options are: eat the incorrect meal or have them box it up while I wait for them to prepare my meal and have my wife eat alone/wait while her food gets cold. I decide to eat the incorrect meal as to not ruin our dinner. When the check comes, it is incorrect and has not only the extra meal but two other main dishes? We send the check back not once but three times (it is still wrong the second time). The third time is the best though: they have comped the incorrect meal but the 20% mandatory gratuity includes the total before the compensation! I get most people can't do math but unfortunately for you guys I actually can. I refuse to believe the manager didn't do it on purpose. Apologies were forced and did not seem sincere. I've been here quite a few times with large parties and will not be coming back. I get mistakes are made but I don't like being lied to."
