"my wife and I decided to go to this restaurant, and we thought we would make a nice dinner. Unfortunately, after seeing other tables coming after us, a waitress comes to the table and asks us what we ordered. I advised her politely and she said she was sad, but they seemed to have lost our ticket. I looked at my wife and said we were waiting for an hour. we went to register and the waitress and we advise the so-called manager in register what happened. the so-called female manager has accused us of two tees and a chip basket that is slightly over six dollars total. I was horrified that after a long time we were still charged for these 3 items. the manager takes it up to get us a detailed reception to show us exactly what was paid. not sure. it was not that we paid for the three things, but not for the apology of the manager."
