"I ordered pizza and wings, but unfortunately, they arrived cold and soggy. To make matters worse, they were carelessly dropped in a spot where people wipe their feet. When I called to address the issue, I was informed that they used a third-party delivery service, which they claimed put the situation out of their control. They completely denied any responsibility for the poor service and the ruined food. I wouldn't recommend spending your money at a place that doesn't stand behind its product and service."
