"Firebirds at Short Pump has been a favorite of mine for many years. It never disappoints. I generally order from the Perfect Pairings menu. Yesterday's selections were indeed perfect! I ordered the BLT salad, a long-time favorite, and the seasonal Grilled Piineapple Shrimp and Grains. What a lovely-presented, healthy and delicious mid-day treat. My lunch partner ordered the Tortilla Soup and the shrimp and grains dish and was equally impressed and satiated. I indeed will return before this seasonal offering goes away."
