"We called from the local ice rink because we didn't want to overwhelm a diner on Sunday morning and had to wait an hour. We were told we were coming. When we arrived, we were accompanied to some kind of private space on the back (there were over 25 of us). The waitress informed us that we could not share the controls, all 25 of us sitting at three tables would have to be on a check. She also informed two parents who came in and sat at a table that they could not sit at the table where they had to sit where the other adults were. She seemed very upset that we were such a big group. We asked her about the control situation. She said we couldn't share the controls. We're a hockey team. We always share the checks and order under the player's jersey number. ALWAYS. Every restaurant we ate as a team. It's not complicated. And it's a diner coming from an ICE RINK. Whatever. She gets irritated and then tells us rudely that we don't share the check, her boss won't let her. While we thought how to pay for it as a cheque, their demeanor and attitude was just rude, and finally, we assembled the guys and went. All of us. On the way to the parking lot, some of the staff said they never said they could not share the controls. A waitress told us in the parking lot that they were suffering for inconvenience, and that if we came back, they and the rest of the staff would serve us, and that the division of controls was not a problem. But the damage was done. We went to the street for 6 minutes."

You all are incredible, thank you once again for such a wonderful time! xoxo For those interested in booking for New Year's Eve, my husband and I started planning in February of 2023. We purchased our Bubba Gump New Year's Eve tickets as soon as they were released (make sure to sign up by email to be notified when sales begin, which I believe was around August/September). Despite the crowded streets, we felt very safe once we passed through security. With the high level of security present and the precautions taken, I believe it was the safest place to be on New Year's Eve. The toughest part was navigating through the crowd to reach the meeting point, where a Bubba Gump employee in a red visor will assist you through security. It's best to give yourself ample time and avoid engaging with the homeless or individuals in character costumes while making your way through the crowd. At the event, we met two couples who were very friendly and we had a great time together. We were able to leave our belongings at a booth without any issues. Throughout the night, there was plenty of food and drinks served by the bar. Bubba's mascot made an appearance to dance, and there were activities such as limbo and a congo line, along with two photo booth areas. Guests were given festive party favors and a goody bag with a shirt, large tumbler, and more. To sum it up, the New Year's Eve event at Bubba Gump was the best party and celebration I have ever attended, and I have no regrets! I would absolutely do it again without hesitation. In my opinion, they could be charging more for such a great deal, but they choose not to. This establishment and its staff are truly a treasure."

"This was my first time. I saw a Facebook advertisement for kids night. They had a kid’s bingo but we came at the end. I was expecting more activities, but I will give it another try. My burger was delicious, saved half for my husband and he like it too. My son got to eat for free on kids night. The employees checked on me several times and offered their reward program. I would say a longer wait for the food that I was expecting, but I was hungry. Will try another kids night."

"My first visit was quite disappointing. It was a Thursday night, and the restaurant was more than half empty. There were 11 drinks waiting at the bar while the staff seemed overwhelmed. We waited 15 minutes for our waitress to attend to us, and then another 20 minutes for our first drinks to arrive. She kept returning every 5 minutes to ask about our food order, even though we hadn't received our drinks yet. Once we finally got to enjoy our drinks, she came back again to ask about appetizers. In the end, my friend and I ordered an appetizer and a Reuben sandwich with a baked potato. To top it off, the baked potato arrived 15 minutes before our appetizers did."

"I wanted to give home room to go a star just to get someone's attention, but I'm not going to drop your reviews like that. I called to check if the pizza Mac is back! Earlier, when I call, I'll always say it's seasonal. What season? Because I called as if I were trying to get free summer jam tickets, and I always have an activated signal. Kind of. Mo answered and told me she also wants it back! So we have an employee and a (often) customer who requests him. Can we make a hidden menu? Like Starbucks. No one takes care of ordering Einhorn Pee or whatever strange Starbucks hidden menu item they have, but Mo and I take care of the Pizza Mac. Let me know. Like I said. Wanted to give a 1 star because it is so serious, but you get a 5 because the food is sooooo good and the staff is hella friendly. Except that the staff decided that the pizza mac should not be a regular article. they're not cool at all."
