"I recently had the Hero House experience through online ordering and pick-up. I have been a fan of Hero House since their original location next to the colosseum, and I remember when they had two locations. Today, I decided to show my support by ordering from them. I was torn between ordering online or calling in my order. After waiting a long time on the phone, I ended up placing my order online. I ordered their Greek salad with feta cheese, kalamata olives, mint, green pepper, tomato, cucumber, and onions. I also got their homemade onion rings. The ordering process online was quick and easy, and I received a pickup time with clear directions. When I arrived at the restaurant, my food was ready and I was in and out in no time. However, I noticed that the salad portion was smaller than I remembered, and it didn't come with a breadstick as it used to. The onion rings were not the best either, as the batter seemed off. I left feeling unsatisfied with my meal and wondering if the owners of Hero House still check in on the quality of their food. There are other restaurants in the area that serve similar Greek cuisine, so Hero House should not neglect their customer service, food presentation, or quality. It has been a while since I last visited Hero House, and I am unsure when I will return."
