"I had my first experience at Amato's recently, and I have to say it was disappointing. I encountered the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any restaurant. We approached the pickup area, thinking it was the right place to collect our order, especially since there were two children waiting for their food. However, a staff member behind the counter rudely asked us if we were there to pick up. When we responded affirmatively, he bluntly told us to go to a different spot without any courtesy. I would rate this experience a -100 out of 10. If you can’t practice good customer service, especially in the food industry, it's really unacceptable."
