"There is a reason why this place has been rated so high over the years and has maintained its presence in the Tacoma community as a solid location to get great food. What you get is quality. It cannot eat well, the tablecloths are pleasantly quirky. The floor is a bit jammed. The area's going down. If you're not in it, it's good. If you want a delicious food on a small menu where they have cooked it for years on the right way, come and stop here, like all others. We could not stop cycling over the liver and onions, butterfish and the wonderful waiter. Every idiot of our brunch was thrilled. The butterfish simply melts in the mouth with a crispy, but not excessively thick dough lining outside. It's all Thrilla no filla and I loved every morsel. Waiting was kind of long, but good food needs time. Everything was fresh and hot. I'll be back for more sweet potato cake and butterfish and collar. Mm mm!"
