"We were visiting Busch gardens for our daughters birthday and decided to come to red lobster. Red lobster is usually one of my favorite seafood places to eat. By the looks of the parking lot the place looked pretty empty. Walked in and was told it was going to be about a 15 min wait. (No big deal) we were seated at 7pm. It took forever for us to get our drinks. We ordered our food right away. We didn’t get our food for almost an hour after we ordered. Our actual waiter was nice but it seemed as the place was short staffed. The food was not super great. 2 out of 3 dishes were not great. They didn’t have anybody cleaning up dirty tables. Almost every table in the place had trash and food on it. People behind us were also complaining that their food was not good. I’m not usually one to complain but all I can say is wow. Thank goodness this is not our normal red lobster."

"it has eaten here for poor food quality and service. this time it wasn't that bad. due to the short staffed was the hostess bus and sitting at once. he did his best and even though we had to wait, he was his work. the waitress was nice. but still forget small things. our eating was actually hot and the crab legs were not cooked over as they were in pastness. "I love 3 things about Red Lobster namely biscuit, soup, shrimp. The biscuit is simply mind blowing as it's soft, tender and almost melts in my mouth. I love the variety of shrimp available here at Red lobster and i have posted some of the pics i took. Monday nights are the best to visit Red Lobster especially when you love shrimp. I lucked out as i got an amazing host as well as she was not only prompt but also pro actively seeking what i wanted to order before the current order would run out and i loved her pro activeness."

"The food and the staff were both very good. The place was not busy at the tome we visited. We ordered from the bar menu all the way through desserts and everything was better then expected. The drinks were not light on liquor, the raw oysters were great quality, the dinner itself was extremely tasty and the desserts were tasty and well plated. There is a gluten free/allergen menu available online as well as at the restaurant. While there is chance from cross contamination I did not have any issues nor did I become sick. The server was attentive and made sure that our meal moved at a good pace but did not rush us. The decor is a bit dated but it works for the nautical theme. Overall, I would return my family can't resist cheddar bay biscuits."

"a terrible experience. the reservation for 7pm has hired us and hard stars of the recipe. after ordering appetizers and our main course, we might wait 8 minutes for some ok appetizers. here started waiting, it took 70 minutes red lobster to give us our food. after countless it will be in 10 minutes, we finally got our food after an hour of waiting. the lobster was gummy and lukewarm. pasta was bland, garnelen was ok. the rice was cold, not even an attempt, the quality control was tried to our dinner. who are waiting for that? 2 great parties had come to celebrate. the restaurant wasn't half full. if they are not able to enter half a full-fledged restaurant, then they are safe incompotent for a busy night. I am very grateful that they consider other spots for their business, unless they plan to stay 2 hours, wait endlessly for cold, tasteless food."

"our server, brand, was incredible! he was attentive and polite. we never waited for refills. his service was the best part of the entire experience. I haven't been to red praise for years and I'm sad to say that I won't be back. eating was not good at all. I ordered the ultimate firm and the scampi saw and tasted microshaft, the crab legs rust terrible and were so over boiled that I gave up on them, the lobster was over boiled and gummy, the broccoli was overcooked and mushy as well. the only thing that was decent were the kartoffels. my man and my children also didn't like to eat, but it would take a book to write it all as we are a family of 6. I was really hoping for a good meal with my family and went away hungry and disappointed after I had spent a poor and one on this terrible experience. as said, the best and only great part was the server that really did its best."

"I had not been to Red Lobster in quite awhile and did not know they had changed their menu. What my husband and I usually order was no longer available. Well at this point, I had a gift card to use, so leaving was not an option. We tried the new flatbread pizza and neither of us were impressed. It is not nearly as good as the Lobster pizza we used to get. Also the Lobster bisque was no longer on the menu, and the New England clam chowder that we tried was not very good. The biscuits are still pretty good and the mixed drinks we had were great. Our waiter was very nice and attentive and the atmosphere is always upbeat and cheerful. I'm pretty sure we will not be going back since the menu change took away the only things we liked."

"My mom and I frequently visit Red Lobster and we always have a wonderful experience with delicious food and great service. The servers are cheerful and attentive, showing that they truly enjoy their job. Today, Cam went above and beyond by bringing us extra napkins and refills without us needing to ask. The manager even came out to check on us, which was a nice touch. We have a tradition of bringing the kids here for their birthdays every year because the food is consistently excellent and reasonably priced. I appreciate that they keep the traditional items on the menu while also adding new dishes, like more lobster options and different combinations. The cheese biscuits are unbeatable – fresh and delicious! I will definitely be returning to Red Lobster and highly recommend it to anyone in the area or passing through."
