"SECURITY HERE! Just rude! We had an order 10/24/2022 for them today and we just got the order well over the delivery driver. The items were nicely packed and the food was still warm. We opened our shrimp fried rice and chicken fried rice to find that our rice was simply fried rice. We called the restaurant immediately and asked if it was a mistake and the young lady on the phone asked what I suspected to be the owner or chef? and she immediately said we lie! Then I heard the young lady say? Mimi gave two orders for Uber eats one with pure fried rice and the other with chicken and shrimp. Then she comes to the phone and tells me if I want me to get back there and she'll give it back. I said I couldn't at the moment, that was the whole reason for my order delivery. Then she tells me? And we? I don't know what else to tell you. I said you don't have to be so rude about your mistake! Some people are incredible. I usually love SAKE, and I usually order a few times a week there. Never again after you have been treated like that."
