"I ordered the bo-berry biscuit and the sweet potato pie, the pie was not on their listed menu, outdoors or on the app. The bo-berry biscuit was not good, it was sour and burnt tasting, I ended up throwing it away. The staff was nice and the food wasfast so I appreciate that."

"this is the best Bojangles in Virginia every time I come in here the service is good. The food is good. Managers always on the front line working they’ve always got plenty of help dining room, always clean never once have I came into the store and seen a dirty table ever ! Come here to charge my car I can eat Piss in a clean restaurant and Enjoy my food By the time I’m done with that car charged I come here every week twice a week. It is amazing every time and I come at different times so like it’s just shift I come in the morning and I come at night ! Never have I had a rude employee ever ! "Had a few extra minutes before dropping a friend off at the airport and decided to get some Bojangles. The restaurant was as expected clean but fast food etc. The staff seemed all to be fairly new and in training but given the current COVID environment it?s to be expected. The chicken dinner and sweet tea hit the spot. Southern chicken fast food style! Altogether not a bad location or place for some grub with friends or family. Plenty of seating inside and out and good food. Cheers!!"

"This is long, but it 's such a good story. I wish I had not waited so long to post, I 've forgotten some of the details. About 2 months ago I had a business meeting and an armful of paperwork that needed to be organized before I went. I stopped in at this Bojangles and ran in with my newly purchased notebooks, hole punch, folders, and coffee from home. I sat at a table and spread out. The manager (I assume) was sitting with some of her employees while they were having breakfast. Another gentleman was standing talking to them, I assume he was a higher ranking manager. They were discussing traveling to Georgia for some kind or convention or perhaps training. The young employees were excited to attend and were deciding who would go on the two day trip. The manager looked over at me taking up their space and said, ma 'am would you like something to drink? but I had my coffee from home and declined. She then went back to talking to her boss and employees. When they finished she instructed them to retrieve some other employees so they could eat too. I also heard her telling her boss she had met the manager of the Hare and the Hound, and she addressed her Are you the Bojangles lady? Her reply, Yes, are you the Hare and the Hound lady? Both admiring one another 's work ethic. You could tell both managers that morning were well liked and I thought it was so nice how attentive they were to the young ones and to offer me a drink while I was scrambling there with my paperwork and made no purchase. All the while, other employees were working the food area and customers were running smooth. Yesterday afternoon I went through their drive thru for a coffee. And the young girl handed it to me and asked, Just coffee? I said yes, she told me not to worry about it. How sweet. Always clean and friendly in there. Keep up the good work."

"I'm so confused as to why this staff is so lazy. If someone orders something just give them what they ordered rather than trying to talk them out of it cause you're too lazy to make the food. I also think that they purposely give you the wrong sauce as they do it routinely. They never have anything prepared and send you curbside every time. A 5 minute experience turns into 25 quick. It's so pathetic. I wish I could give negative stars. Laughing and playing rather than just giving the food to the customer. Like bruh it's not that hard to not be this trash. Corporate need to come fire them all then the department of labor need to deny their unemployment cause they don't deserve a dime for that trash work ethic."

"two times, when I first went, I waited for 15 minutes for the loudspeaker before someone took my order. it was hours before closing, but they said they wouldn't cook any more. I could also laugh and hear her talking all the 15 minutes while waiting. the second time when I went to eat, was much too overcooked and was practically burned, even the makkaroni! a man employed was upset with us because we ordered chickens that they had to cook. never back."

"this place has messed up my order several times, but i always decide to give it another chance because they used to be my #1 favorite place. i have worked in multiple restaurants and i understand mistakes happen, but they can only be excused with honesty and kindness and that is what the employees there lack, severely. yesterday my grandmother and i were going to Chattanooga had a busy day ahead of us so we decided to stop and get one cajun filet biscuit and a small sweet tea. two items. two! and they still messed that up. i received a water instead of sweet tea. because my grandmother was getting a surgery and i had to take care of her afterwards, of course i did not make a phone call to tell them their mistake. so, i stopped this morning and ordered the same exact thing and we made them aware of what happened. the guy at the window (i wasn?t able to see a name tag if there was one) caught an attitude with us and was saying that without a phone call to a manager there was nothing he could do. if you have a specific policy, just say that. don?t be rude. he then said ?go to the one on apd 40 maybe they will satisfy your needs.? maybe learn how to do your job correctly and stop being a complete menace to the service industry. your pettiness was not impressive nor warranted. if you hate your job so much then quit."

It's 7pm and the dining room has a person sitting and eating but the doors are locked so we had to do the drive thru. Pulled up and the cashier sounded like we had just inconvenienced her , any relevant question you would ask about the meal she sounded annoyed and her responses where just as bad , what else do you want Is that it And when we pulled up there was no greeting just out amount. No have a good day....finally pulled up to final window lady didn't communicate well and just handed up the drink and a box and didn't say anything....left feeling gross and unwanted.
