"We often came here without problems and had the worst experience ever tonight. Phones were down, so we went to the order. We ordered 1.5 lbs of cooked shrimp with a bowl of gum. Everyone from the south knows that it takes 3 minutes to cook shrimps and the rubberbo is ready to serve in a pot. We waited for an hour while so many employees were sitting around and hardly costumes were in the building. Two people came after us and got food before we did. We asked the hostess several times and a gentleman that I found out later that a manager asked us twice if we needed something I said we were waiting for cooked shrimps. As a manager, this is exaggerated. If you noticed it and approached me twice within an hour, you knew there was a problem that had to be fixed. I came home to an old gumbo without rice, probably less than 1 liter of shrimp, no spices we demanded, and the wrong number of potatoes corn and sausage. When we returned up there the same gentleman who asked if I came help twice after asking for a manager and apologising and giving us a 30-dollar gift card when our order was 45 plus we typed it yet. We shouldn't have to pay first, and they should have been much more outrageous. Absolutely won? A so sad story that we really loved this place. We found out they only serve shrimps through the pound. We would have ordered 2 lbs if we had the option!!! If I hadn't got any stars, I would have."
