"I’m taking away a star because of the rude waitress when we walked in the door. We had reservations (not needed). The restaurant was completely empty and the hostess went to sit up at a table (we had a baby in a car seat) and some female waitress from behind the bar starts saying “not right there it’s reserved.” She keep saying it and her tone was not kind. The hostess was apologizing. My family and I looked confused and just wanted to be told where we could sit in this EMPTY restaurant. A gentleman had walked from behind the bar and apologized again. I think he noticed our expressions from the uninviting waitress. I stated I would just like to know where we can sit so we can sit down. Her rudeness really changed the entire energy. Our waitress Michelle was sweet. Now the foodamazing!! We had the calamari for an appetizer and it was really good. Not heavily breaded. I ordered a seafood platter and everything was cooked to perfection. My partner and my mom also enjoyed there dishes as well. Ordered a margarita that was good as well. Didn’t care for my partner’s sangria though. Portions are a decent size you won’t have enough to take any home. Food was great and it’s hard to find places with delicious food. They have it. But not sure if we will return since it may be unclear if seating will be an issue."

"The food did not have an Italian flavor. In fact it seemed more Mexican. The sauce was too thin. The pasta was cooked too long, but there just wasn’t any flavor. We were a party of there and everyone agreed it was the words Italian food we’ve had in a while."

"Eating, server asked if mushrooms were baked and she said yes. They were ice cold in the center. She brought another order, this time the mushrooms were muddy inside. Asked another server when they were baked and they came back and said no. I sent her back. When Cheeseburger and Pommes came, the Burger was fine. The pommes were salty and I was told they didn't salt the pommes. Bathroom terrible, I was almost afraid to relieve myself. 1. and last time!!!!"

"Born and raised in East LA. Moved out in my teens, and been living in West Covina since 09, but I never fail to drop by LA once in a while. That said, I never knew this place existed and I've always wanted a good plate of fish and chips. Catch 21 did not disappoint and blew me away with the quality of the food. The fish and chips were nice and hot, crispy, and seasoned fries added to the flavor of hot sauce and tartar sauce with every bite. Definitely coming back to try other menu items. Highly recommend for those who crave fish and chips."

"This is one of the best restaurants I and my family have been!! My father got the wings and he said they were the best he ever had, and we also got the Mac cheese that gets baked and it is also one of the best we ever had. This place is amazing, so if you live around here, then I would definitely recommend eating there for a bite."
