"Wow. Just fantastic. This was our first visit and we wondered why it has taken us so long to check out this little gem. Tucked away in an out of the way strip mall in the far west suburb of Oswego, it's not somewhere you'll likely stumble upon. It's worth seeking out. There are a handful of tables inside this place and a few more on the sidewalk. Ambiance isn't its forté, but the food and super-friendly service more than makes up for it.There are a number of innovative burgers on the menu, but we settled on El Che and the Criolla. The El Che was my choice. Mexican-style spicy pickled red onions, chimichurri mayo, and bacon topped a 3/4 patty, which was beefy, moist, and non-greasy, despite being cooked well-done. The eggy bun was perfect. My wife loved her Criolla burger as well. They have a large variety of fries to choose from. We shared a basket of the chimichurri fries which were utterly delicious and very unlike any I have ever had. Even the potato itself seemed unique. They appeared to be hand-cut in a sort of spiral fashion and were coated with something like corn or tapioca starch before being fried. Interestingly, it also seemed like the chimichurri that topped them was also fried. A small puddle of olive oil was below them in the basket. Yummmmmmm! Our drinks were also great. I had the cucumber lemonade and my wife had the mango-pineapple. Mine had small cubes of cucumber while my wife's had small cubes of mango. The sturdy, retro, and environmentally-friendly paper straws weren't very useful due to the pieces of cucumber and mango clogging them up, but that was no problem. There are no alcoholic drinks on the menu. I didn't ask if BYOB is an option. Finally, our waitress was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.Definitely a home run."
