"This is our second time ordering from Michelle's! We ordered a variety of treats in milk chocolate the lollipops, marshmallows, oreos, rice crispies and the pretzels for my daughter's 18th Bday! The ordering process was quick and easy! The chocolates were packaged beautifully with care and looked gorgeous on display on the dessert table! Our chocolates were ready one day before the event, too! We're very pleased and super happy with the final product this second time around! Thank you! Highly recommend this little gem in our neighborhood for all of your sweets, treats and for catering as well!"

"I ordered 12 lemon squares to be picked up the next day and also bought 4 cupcakes my mother was so excited to eat the cupcake to only be very disappointed they we're awful. When I returned the next day at 1 pm to pick up my lemon squares I was told I still had to wait they were not finished yet the owner didn't have them cut and no powdered sugar, after waiting 30 min, I had to call the owner to the front of the store I told him I have a knife at home just give the lemon squares to me and I'll finish them he threw them in a box and I left . I got them home and once I opened them my mother had a fit they were horrible looked nothing like lemon squares. I immediately returned them to the store, employee didn't know how to refund my money , so I call the owner to get my refund and he was very rude told me that some customers get refunds but because he didn't like my attitude I wasn't getting my money back. I would never recommend this bakery to anyone. I also am contacting the BBB to put in a complaint as well."

"We decided to order our cake from Mockingbird for our special occasion, and it was absolutely delicious! Instead of getting a traditional tiered cake, we opted for three half-sheet cakes which gave us the ability to offer a variety of flavors to our guests. Additionally, we ordered a dozen vegan and gluten-free cupcakes for those with dietary restrictions. Both the cake and cupcakes received many compliments from our guests. Mockingbird also had a very reasonable delivery fee, which was definitely a bonus."

"Generally don't have a bad experience here, however today was the worst. I come in for an iced Chai latte, my phone recently updated and I no longer had Google pay and just needed to download the app. The older woman behind the counter made a big deal about me asking if she would help the people behind me in line while I got the app. She claimed she could not close the order without payment. I told the woman if she was going to make such a big deal about it I did not want the Chai and I was going to leave, she then proceeds to tell me she made the drink and that I couldn't leave without paying for it. I exited the line while the app downloaded and by some miracle she was able to close the order without payment. I then got back in line and paid for my drink and left. Will not be returning as this is the most ridiculous conversation I've ever had while trying to order a drink anywhere."

However, Millstone Bakery came to my rescue with quick communication and excellent service. I worked with cake designer Francesca, who was friendly, professional, and understanding. She patiently worked with me as I made changes to the design and quickly adjusted details, providing helpful advice on flavors and frosting. The cake she created for the party was exactly as I had imagined, down to the smallest detail. Not only was it visually stunning, but it was also incredibly delicious - the chocolate and Italian cream flavors were mind-blowing. My friends and family all raved about the cake and wanted to know where it came from. I am grateful that I chose this bakery for a custom cake and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a special dessert."

"Are you kidding. I’ve lived in Boston my whole life actually Quincy right near the original Dunkin’ Donuts and I’m telling you Donut King blows them away in every and all categories. The coffee is beyond better. The donuts are so much better I can’t even explain it in words. Even the breakfast sandwiches are better. Another great thing about Donut King is the people that work at both locations are so much nicer and cleaner then the people who work at Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s just a better caliber of people. No offense no anyone who works at Dunkin’ I am just giving my honest experienced opinion. Donut King always a better choice by far."
