"We’ve been customers since Eataly opened in Boston. Our last 2 or 3 visits (2022), the food has been inconsistent: pasta sometimes very over salted, and much of the food pizza, fried calamari, meatballs, a variety of pastas, arrived at the table lukewarm. One of the things we liked about the restaurant was its consistency. Now we see problems with that. We’ll be taking a break."
