"Serge Bistro is a great local spot. The food is delicious, well priced and nice portion sizes. The owner serves as host and often waiter and is very charming, interactive and attentive. I've been here 3 times and never disappointed. Don't be fooled by the storefront exterior. It's a cozy, nice ambience to to enjoy a meal with family and friends."
