"Our server, Eva, sounded like she might be from Germany or Switzerland. She wanted our order given just so. Red or green; medium or rare. That way she didn 't have to ask those boring questions. Once we got past the ordering she lightened up and even smiled. The food was actually quite good. The queso had the orange color of Velveeta but it was tasty. The chicken enchilada was filled with shredded chicken and made my nose run from the chiles. The hamburger, 'best in town ' according to the sign out front, was cooked exactly to order, juicy, and filled with mushrooms and grilled onion from the make your own menu. Fried onion rings were extra but worth it. <br/ <br/ February 21, 2011<br/ Tucked away in a southside mall, so it 's mostly for local. Still, it 's busy because the food is so good and the taste is so authentic. Even though it 's busy the service is amazingly fast and unflustered. The green chiles are hot and the chicken in the enchilada is well cooked and shredded. Topped with perfectly melted Cheddar. Choice of sides goes beyond the usual rice and beans moist but not soupy posole filled with chunks of pork or calabacitas. The sopaipilla is light and crisp, totally different from the usual oil sodden version, and it 's yeasty aroma and taste are unique. Didn 't have the green chile bacon hamburger, but the giant version at the next table looked so good that I plan to try it on my next visit."
