"The fresh pico was incredible. The extra hot hot sauce that I requested was great. The enchiladas, just okay. A bit dry and not enough sauce, and the sauce that was there was bit to much mole for me, and not red or guajillo. The secret is to dip the tortillas in the sauce, thats traditional. The chips were awful, out of a bag. Colored tortilla chips, really? I could not taste any masa or monteca? Just my two bits. Chef Bruno."
