"To put it plainly up front, this sandwich sits firmly near the top of the mountain of meals Ive been lucky enough to enjoy in this life. The salt bagel was absolutely pristine. The eggs and meats were prepared exactly as one would wish. The cream cheese and hollandaise were stunning. The portions were so generous Id have easily been convinced I was back in New York, sitting at my Grandmothers dining table. Did I mention how incredible the Salt bagel was?? I do not speak hyperbolically when I say that I will think about this sandwich for a long, long time. I will spend the entirety of my morning tomorrow thanking myself for getting an extra.
