"We attended a Christmas lunch meeting and perhaps things have changed since the last reviews were posted. The ambiance was decent but felt a bit cold. The food was average, but the service was well below expectations. When we made our reservation, we had to call back twice just to get information about parking validation, and each time we were met with "we don't know, call back later." There were no hosts available to show us to our table, and the overall service was surprisingly frosty. Our drink orders were never taken, and our water glasses were never refilled. All seven of our meal orders were incorrect, and the food we received was cold. When we politely raised our concerns, the manager or partial owner was indifferent and rude, and we had to insist on any form of compensation. It was an unpleasant experience—so much so that it compelled me to write my first review on this site."
