"We were walk-ins the day before at 5:30 and although the restaurant and outdoor patio were nearly empty we weren’t seated, but using Open Table we booked for 5 the following day. We enjoyed the patio, had great cocktails, service and food, but found the host rather cold and distant, even if with a reservation. Despite being adjacent to a well-known New England college, we wondered if our experience had anything to do with being two men dining together."
