"Wonderful authentic Caribbean food! The Saltfish Suzanne was delightful, and the dumplings I stole from my husband's plate were perfect, not light and puffy, not heavy and chewing, only that absolutely perfect give with every bite. I loved the Dasheen Chips/appetizer crispy and delicious. The waiting staff was friendly, and the owner Esther felt like an old friend from the beginning. If you like a little spice, ask for a house made pepper sauce. Do not let yourself be fooled by the mild creamy appearance that it throws some serious heat!
