"Small mum and pop Mexican place with excellent, well prepared food. A definitive cut across the fast Taquerias that do the Santa Rosa area. Interior and outdoor seating plus takeout, from a varied menu with many pleasures. RETURN VISIT: We drive 14 miles or so, past many Mexican taquerias and restaurants to come and dine in Los Arcos in Santa Rosa. The food is exceptional and freshly prepared and the waiter and cook (mostly Mom and Dad) are warm and accommodating. We always feel welcome here and the food never disappoints. And the rest room is carefully clean!!"
