"El Embajador offers Dominican Style food which my wife and I love , when we come here to get Take Out we always get a Mofongo, which is mashed Plantines stuffed with chicken, and tastes amazing. The food is always consistently good , my biggest issue with El Embajador is the inside of the restaurant looks cheap , and very aesthetically displeasing , and the reason why we always get Take Out vs. Eating in. It's definitely an easy fix and hopefully they read this and learn it's what holds them back from earning their 5th star from me , because it's not the food holding then back. Either way , definitely worth buying food from , I have never been disappointed from El Embajador , taste wise"
